James' Bio

My background is in education, working in various roles over 12 years in primary and secondary schools. Starting off in I.T. support, I've worked in staff development and training, project management, HR, data analysis and senior management.

Working as part of the team at Faversham Designs has been a refreshing change for me. Although busy, it's not a stressful job because of the team. It's fun, friendly and meaningful.

I love being able to help other businesses get off the ground or simply lend a hand to help them grow. We come across so many people that have been let down by other web companies. It means a lot when we can help a business and show them that there are good people out there working and not just to line their own pockets.

In my spare time I enjoy SCUBA diving (only in the summer!), running and reading. My buddy Bailey helps to keep me fit, demanding at least one long walk every day.
